Putting JusticeEMU's and xV HEXTER Vx's solutions together, I would like to share this video I have made which showcases exactly how to nail this achievement.
The gameplay takes place on the Decoy game mode where most of the time you will have plenty of time for getting kills, assist and a whole load of XP. The Coordinated kills are also good to use at anytime even after unlocking the achievement as they offer an extra chunk of XP for each kill. I hope the video helps!

Use the stun gun to stun your enemy. Then data hack there body. then hold right bumber (RB) then push up with the left stick and push the button A. if done right it will take you to a kill.
Thanks to the manual of ghost recon FS

| Also adding onto xV HEXTER Vx's guide, you don't actually have to be the one that data hacks the enemy. If one of your teamates data hacks just do the RB, up and A selection method and it gives you coordinated kills. |
