This achievement is tied to the normal progression of the campaign. Below are the weapon and tactical challenges with a description on how to easily complete them.

Mission 5: Silent Talon - Max score of 200

Weapon Challenges:

Shotgunner - Take out three enemies with three shots in 3 seconds or less. Make sure one of your starting weapons is a shotgun. This can be done shortly have the mission starts. There will be three soldiers chilling out around a truck that just pulled up to the first hanger. They will exit the truck and get into a nice tight group. Take aim and pop them off with three shotgun shells.

Tatical Challenges

Release the Hound - Use the Warhound to kill a minimum of 75% of the enemies in this mission. This will show up as completed as soon as 75% of the enemies in the mission are eliminated by using the Warhound.
Group Shot - Kill five or more enemies with a single motar round from the Warhound. There will be multiple points throughout the mission this can be completed. The absolute last point to earn this is during the raid on the weapon cache after you destroyed the two Mi-24 helicopters.
Silent Talon - Eliminate both enemy helicopters without any squadmates dying. It is best that all members of your squad remain behind some type of cover. Use the Warhound's guided missiles to take down both Mi-24 attack helicopters.It take 2 to 3 missiles to down each chopper.

Once you reach the extraction zone after demolishing the weapon storage facility, you will earn the 'EOD' achievement.
