Achievement is tied to the normal progression of the campaign.
Mission 9: Valiant Hammer - Max score of 225.
Weapon Challenge:
Shotgun Master - Kill three enemies with only three shells in three seconds or less. Easiest place to obtain this is during the assault on the second artillery piece. Find a group of three soldiers that are relatively close to each other and let kill each of them with one shot a piece with a shotgun. Completing this challenge will unlock the MTS-255 Shotgun.
Tactical Challenges:
Ghost Recon - On Veteran or Elite difficulty, reach the observation point undetected. This challenges begins at the start of the mission. You must get to the observation point without alerting any enemies to your presence. Utilize the sync-shot and stealth kills.There are two small engagements at the beginning of the mission before you reach this point.
Engraved - Kill all enemy snipers in the cemetery without being shot. This one is pretty self explanatory. There are around 8 or 9 snipers you need to eliminate.
Innovative Diversity - You and your squad must kill enemies with at least 15 different weapons. Mounted machine gun kills will not count. There are multiple weapon boxes throughout the mission. Picking up dead soldier's weapons will help as well. Best to start doing this challenge as early as possible. There will be several points throughout the mission where stealth is not an option and going loud is your best bet. Switch out weapons often and keep track of which ones you have used. Hit the back button to check your progress towards this challenge. Completing all tactical challenges will unlock the High Power Scope.
Once the second artillery piece is destroyed, you will unlock the 'Breathing Room' achievement. At this point, the mission is not quite over.
