This goes for both, 50% and 100%. Before each mission, check what the challenges are and keep a record, as there is no challenges menu to look up on the main screen, which saves you manually going into each mission brief. To do all of them you need to do the campaign on Elite, some missions can be a pain but some are simple if you use stealth and do not run and gun! Hope this helps.
