Like the majority of date sensitive achievements it is possible to earn this by changing your systems date whilst disconnected from live.

First disconnect from Xbox Live then choose System Settings > Console Settings > Clock > Date and Time and change the date to 19/06.

Then just start a new game and the achievement will unlock.
