Once you have entered Gran Soren, you'll be asked to visit the Pawn Guild to investigate the area beneath the city known as Everfall. As dungeons go it's fairly straightforward - I'd suggest bringing at least one mage (preferably two - you'll need the fire) and making your party all-male if possible to avoid some complications from the mid-boss. If you do bring women, watch their back.

Shortly after you finish your assigned task and escape, a messenger will appear bearing a Coupon of Plot Advancement and the achievement will unlock.
