This achievement is story-based and can't be missed. Toward the latter part of the game the Duke's steward, Aldous, will be giving you your main quests. You will first take on "Griffin's Bane" and "Trials & Tribulations," then "The Wyrmking's Ring" and "Pride Before a Fall," followed by "Honor and Treachery." After completion of all of these quests you will receive the quest "Reward and Responsibility" and will unlock this achievement as you wrap it up.
