Trying to write this as spoiler free as possible.
After you finish the storyline and start the postgame, you have a quest to go back to Gran Soren. Go see the Duke, then play through for a couple of minutes until you have to go back to town, your pawns will lead you long the path that you should go down, FOLLOW THEM, a cutscene will play after which you will get this achievement.
This should unlock when you finish the quest "a warm welcome" |
