Throwing this out as an alternative to the above which didn't work for me
Quest: Talent In Bloom
Quest Giver : Quina
At a guess I would say this is half way through the main story line but not a main story quest.
After you meet the Duke , talk to Ser Max outside the castle gates, do the "Rise to the fallen" quest for him. Not sure if this is necessary or not? but just in case the quest we want doesn't show up.
Travel to the abbey due west of gran soren and talk to quina she will give you a quest to give a flower to someone, talk to her and give it back to her. Talk to her a few more times and give her anything you have as presents, I gave her a few of the flowers that were growing in right front her to the right of the abbey :D |

Here's an alternate solution to this very missable achievement that requires you complete two key side quests:
1) Lost and Found
2) Witch Hunt
First off head to Witchwood and proceed toward the Guardian's Tomb. There is an ancient tablet laying in front of the gravestone. Pick it up and it will start a new sidequest. From there, head to Gran Soren's Nobel Quarter and talk to Geffery of the church. He will then tell you to head towards Hillfigure Knoll.
From there, talk to the Dragonforged and present him with the ancient tablet. After a cutscene, you will obtain an item known as the Arisen's Bond. The Arisen's Bond, when given as a gift, will skyrocket an NPC's affinity to it's maximum level.
From there, head back to Gran Soren, via Ferrystone or otherwise, and talk to a key NPC, such as Madeleine or Claxson and present the Arisen's Bond as a gift and the achievement will unlocked for 10 GamerScore. |
