This is a story related achievement
You will get this after defeating Harley Quinn for the final time. I had trouble figuring out how to beat her and it ended up being really simple. Grapple up to her platform and reverse her attack, and that is the end. Achievement will pop after the cut scene.
Edit: According to metaMania there seems to be some sort of glitch. He states: For some reason grappeling up to her platform wasn't working at all. I tried that fight three times and still nothing. So I decided to clear my cache and re-try that fight one more time. This time, it went through. I guess I stumbled upon a glitch that I thought was permanent, but can be fixed with a single clear cache. |

**Spoilers**
When you go into the final room, Harley will send a group of robots against you. Even though they show up as Armored in Detective Mode, they're not. Go crazy on them like any other thugs.
After that's finished, grapple up to Harley and press Y to counter her kick. Hop up, and watch the ending. |

One thing not mentioned is that Harley will aim a sniper like beam at you from her gun as you fight the robots. After a few seconds she will fire and this can cause damage. If you get the timing right you can jump away before she fires and inflict the damage on the robots. Generally you can get a few good punches in before she fires.
The robots do seem to keep coming and coming but as said it's just a straight fight, although if you can seperate the odd one and do B for a cape swirl you can then do an X Beat Down.
If I remember the 'Counter' sign does not appear in the robot fight BUT you can counter with Y as normal, again by this stage you probably have been in enough fights to know but a bit of Y 'spamming' doesn't hurt.
When you finally break the last robot you need to get to the platform under Harley CLIMB and then she tries to kick you off - at worst you just drop down. The COUNTER sign flashes so Y button and you will get the End Game cut scenes and Chievo. |
