These are just the regular T103 Tyrants in the game.

You need to kill five of them throughout the game (does not have to be Spec Ops - you can kill them elsewhere in the campaign or the ones that appear in multiplayer). If you have already killed 5 before the dlc download, you will unlock this after your next Tyrant kill.
