For this achievement, you will need to deliver all 5 samples in single Biohazard match on map called Dispatch. Make sure when you go to versus, press Y button twice and it should show ECHO SIX EXPANSION PACK 2. Can be done on private match with one other person. It should take about 15 minutes to get the achievement for both of you because map size is huge.
