Buy Aku from the Store in the main menu - he costs 1500 points.

Easiest way to get this achievement is to set up a custom match in Battle mode with a dummy controller. Set lives to 1.

Aku as primary controller, Jack as the dummy obviously. The first level in Chowder's world is fine for this - once the battle starts, take Jack and run him off the right hand-side of the map.

You don't have to do any damage to Jack, Aku will receive an auto win. Rinse and repeat.
