Easiest way to get this achievement is to set up a custom match in Battle mode with a dummy controller. Set lives to 1.

Father as the primary controller, Numbuh One as the dummy obviously.

The first level in Chowder's world is fine for this - once the battle starts, take Numbuh One and run him off the right hand-side of the map.

You don't have to do any damage to him, Father will receive an auto win.

Rinse and repeat.
