For this achievement you can win against AI
As this one only requires you to win an online game the fastest method is to do a 1/8 mile drag race against AI.
To create a game:
-Community
-Race Online
-Create Race
-Game setup
-Game Type - Drag
-Track - Sedona Drag 1/8
-Max Players - 2
-Max AI Players - 1
-Car Class - Any
Then select your car the 2011 Porsche #45 Flying Lizard 911 GT3-RSR (997) and change the AI car to something slow.
Start the race and win for the achievement.
Here's a video, you do not have to own the car.

For this achievement you DON'T need to race against AI. Set up the race by yourself with no one against you.
As this one requires you to complete 1 race in an online game, I found the fastest one is Camino Viejo De Montserrat - Mini Circuit(0.56 miles). Technically you could complete a 1/8 Drag on Sedona Raceway Park (0.12 miles). But we all know Drag races are no fun, can't top the car out in a 1/8 Drag :P
