The achievement description is literal - it is for finishing the last race in the last tournament which, unlike every other tournament, is locked until you get 10 stars in the other races within the tournament. (In the other tournaments, you only have to win 4/5 races to win the tournament.)
The last race is a ghost race that is probably one of the hardest races in the game, which doesn't really mean much since this is a pretty easy game. Make sure to use all shortcuts, as the ghost cannot use them, and you'll win pretty easily. |
