It will tell you the type of event when you click on the rectangle to choose your event. All you have to do is complete 1 heat by doing all of the required tricks and without making contact with anything. The achievement will pop as soon as you finish the heat.
I did this on the yokohama head 2 head event in the pro series (first set of events). The event is the second one up on the left hand side.

Showdown Tour > Pro > Yokohama Dockside Duel (First Available Head 2 Head Event)
Any car will do, but I used the Ford Fiesta.
All you need to do from here is complete this very short track without touching or hitting any barriers or obstacles. Just take it easy around the corners, making sure to stay clean. Upon completion of the heat, just proceed through the menus until you unlock the achievement.

| In a Head to Head event you must complete a clean run to unlock this achievement, do not hit anything other than the smash indicators.

You can complete this buy entering the first Head 2 Head event that you unlock during your Showdown Tour, simply load it up and then take it slow whilst moving around the track and doing the tricks. If you're confident you can do it rather quickly, but it doesn't matter whether you win or lose as you'll still unlock it as long as you hit nothing.
