You must have a friend who has played the game to get this.

At the end of any event while you are connected to xbox live there will be an option to send challenge. This is underneath the scoreboard next to continue and replay. Once you've selected this option just pick a friend to send the challenge to and you will get the achievement.

If anyone doesn't have a friend with the game just send me a friends request with a message saying 'Dirt Showdown' or something like that and I will accept.
