Whilst playing through career mode you have to choose a car to use when entering a race.
When you're selecting a car you will be able to press 'X' to upgrade that car.
Just simply buy every upgrade for every car.
Not all cars can be upgraded, but obviously that doesn't affect this achievement. |

| Before you start a race, you can choose a car. Select upgrade and keep doing it until the bar is full. Upgrade everything to the highest and the achievement is yours. |
