You get this achievement during stage 2 on the rooftops. One easy way to get this is after the fight with the firefighters that drop down from the helicopter. Before you use chainsaw dash off the ramp just walk into the lightning that's coming down. After getting hit 10 times achievement pops, very easy 10g.
