To get the bad ending you need to not save all CLASSMATES... After the credits roll a storyboard style cutscene will roll if you havent saved all the classmates at this point you will unlock the "BAD ENDING"

Alternatively if you unlocked the good ending first, after completing the final level, once the credits finish you will have the option of watching the good or bad ending
