This achievement is called "Red Priest of R'hllor" and the description is "Finish Alester's Story"

Spoiler Free Solution - It will be very difficult to advise on this without dropping a few spoilers. If you want a basic idea of what to do then it's as simple as choosing Alestor at near the end of the game and then finishing the story and, yes, there is an achievement for choosing Mors instead too so save regularly.

For a more detailed guide, you will want to make a save before you talk to Harwyn, the Maester of Riverspring after freeing the town and Keep from Valarr's troops in Chapter 13. This will allow you to load it up later and eventually earn both achievements for the endings.
After the cut-scene, you will be asked by Varys who's story you wish to follow - for this achievement you want to choose Alestor and simply follow the story to it's end. You can choose either of the endings and you'll get the achievement, though I'd personally not recommend siding with Queen Cersei...Quite possibly one of the most depressing endings I've seen!

Any more information people need or can offer, leave me a comment and I'll update as soon as possible with credit as appropriate. Cheers :)
