I personally managed to walk through most of the fights quite easily, but it will depend on how you progress through the Rhi'lor Skill tree.

By the time you get to the arena you should have levelled up enough to have obtained both WildFire and Combustion. If you've got these most battles should be easy if you find you can't beat them just by fighting. All you need to do is make sure you've purchased Wildfire from the merchants then attack the opponent with Wildfire and then use combustion. This will heavily damage your opponent, in fact the final guy was taken out with three attacks of this and he barely touched me.

One word of warning, in the doubles fight be aware that wildfire will jump onto your partner which could potentially affect the Great Teamwork achievement if they get knocked out!
