The 3 items you need for this achievement are Seizure, A most rewarding transaction, and Initiation of Collector into the Shadow Council. All three are documents that are found in the Collector's Manse.

Save before you go into the Manse, as there are a reasonable amount of small fights, none of which are particularly challenging. If you enter every room and kill all the enemies and claim all the loot you will find them no problem. The first is in one of the room's upstairs, where you'll have to go first to get the keys for the Cellar anyway.

The second is in the Cellar, past all the Slaves and round the corner. The third is in the room where The Collector is. The achievement pops once you have picked up the third scroll.
