To do this, you will first need to hit an enemy using Low Grav (Blue), and then once they are floating you can grab them using LB. Once you bring them close, press B to execute the enemy. Do this 15 times to unlock the achievement.
This can be done through natural progression, or can be boosted using the following method:
Load Chapter: Caged, Checkpoint: Gravlink Battle. Now run forward, skip the cutscene, go into cover and shoot your gravlink into the rock in between the enemies. Now you can grab and execute them. Restart the checkpoint once you killed both enemies. This method will only take a few minutes, and can also be used for "Gravlink Gangsta", where you throw the enemies instead of executing them.
