This achievement is obtained on Chapter 4-3: Morocco- Scorching Sand (the Oasis level) and is actually very easy to miss and never realize it.

If you walk straight forward from the starting point, you'll get stopped by a QTE to share water. Keep walking forward and you should run into a destroyed VT in the middle of the sand dune.

Your character will hop out of the VT to inspect a dead body. A QTE prompt will show up very briefly. The action is to make a motion to push the body away to the left. If done correctly, you'll grab the object and get the achievement.

If the QTE isn't done, your character will pick up an empty canteen.
