This achievement is for keeping Natch alive.

Assuming he hasn't died in an early part of the game, this occurs in the last level of the game, Chapter 7-4: Germany- Let Freedom Ring

After a HVT fight where you only die if you don't follow the in-game prompts or move to close to it, you'll proceed down a hallway and have to shoot down a door. Once you enter the doorway, this QTE occurs.

This QTE that does not show a prompt in the corner.

Theres a few different ways you can do this QTE.

Your target will be a person to your left. You don't have much time between Natch leaving the VT, your crew talking and shooting the target before its too late. Oh... and you have to hit too which is easier said than done thanks to Kinect controls

My friend threw a grenade (yeah its in the game, as mentioned in the manual) and killed the target.

I used the Top Mounted MG. It is shiny when you stand up and view out of the VT.

If you're like me and never used that silly thing once in game, the feeling to use it is different from most of the QTEs in the game. It is really annoying to learn the hard way.

To use the Top Mounted MG, you need to reach towards the center of the Kinect and then grip your fist as if grabbing a gun. Keep your hand gripped or you'll end up releasing your grip on it. (This has cost me a few runs). Both your hand and the right stick on the controller functions to move the MG, the hand being more sensitive to axis movement. The controller's right trigger shoots.

When you walk through the doorway, you'll want to angle your VT to the left just slightly. If you go in straight, you may not have a good angle on the shot and not be able to hit. Since the MG is on the left of the VT, if you walk in too far left, you might be blocked from taking the shot.

Due to the nature of the controls, its easier to swing the gun from right to left (moving your hand gripping the MG from middle to the right). Something to keep in mind. You can practice to see if your Kinect picks up your motions for the MG during the beginning of the level or after the HVT hallway fight (don't spend too long or you can fail... but it is very lenient).

You know you did it if your crew starts complementing you on your kill shot and complementing Natch (and not in a video cutscene).

There is no restart for the QTE section and the crew turns off the suicide button in that section as well. If you miss, you'll have to do the whole level again. Its not fun.
There are a few other Natch QTEs in the game but nothing that cant be done by following the prompts.
