There are 2 ways to get this achievement. First, you can win 30 matches (single player, multiplayer, or encounters) with the same deck, unlocking one card each time. Alternatively, you can use a deck key to unlock all of a deck instantly. Deck keys are sold online for 80 MSP ($1 US) each, and one is given to you for free if you played Magic: Duels 2012.
