Amazing Spider-Man achievement in The Amazing Spider-Man

So this achievement is not as daunting as you might initially think it is from the large amount of concept art in the extras menu. There are several things you must do in order to get concept art.
First, you have to beat the game. Beating every level nets you some artwork. This includes side missions, (some I know of for sure like the levels that you can replay, but dont really need to do, others like the races I'm not 100% sure)

Second, photograph every enemy. If you need to check which enemies you have photographed, you can filter your email so that you only see your bestiary related e-mails. You will be given a listing of enemies to photograph at the end of the game by Whitney, but incase you wanna do it as you go, here they are (Pulled exactly from the game. Yes, I know you can find these enemies elsewhere, but this is where the email says.)

Edit: According to input by members of the community, it seems that there are several enemies that are not required in order to earn this achievement. Thanks to everyone who has messaged me or commented to help figure this out. So far these are the enemies that dont have to be photographed for this achievement.

I dont know why those aren't included as bosses, but they aren't.

Third, you have to photograph every photo op in each level where they are avaliable. Every other collectible achievement for this game (save the comics) has a good video guide that will walk you through them (and everything else) and since I was not the first person to post those videos as a solution, I don't want to post them here. Seems like I'd be ripping them off.

I do not believe you have to collect all the comic pages for this, since that only affects the digital comics you have unlocked and is not under concept art. You do not have to get every alternate costume or even any of them. I also do not believe you have to get all the other collectibles, but I cannot confirm this, as I had all others when I got my last picture. (If someone can confirm one way or the other, please leave a comment.) You also do not have to do any of the special achievements as they do not unlock concept art (ie. beating the S-01 w/o touching the ground, killing 1000 enemies etc.)

ok...question...I don't have the achievement yet it shows I have 100% "Enemy Types Photographed", I compared what I have in my EMAIL BESTIARY compared with the list, the only thing I see different is I have just "THUG" instead of "STREET THUG' located in the bank....odd...
