Blitzkrieg USA is a mode that is started by shooting the ball into the sinkhole under the top right flipper. Shooting that hole gives you a random award each time it's done and Blitzkrieg USA is one of them. It can be started this way unlimited amount of times per game.
Once the mode starts you will see 5 stone 'items' spelling out '1 mil' each and a robot will enter the table play area which will try to destroy them. To get this achievement you need to hit all 5 stone items before the robot destroys them. The robot is kinda slow so you do have time to shoot them without having to panic. And even if he have started shooting at one of them as long as you hit it before it's gone it's yours. The achievement unlocks the instant you hit the last one of them.
