Reload Chapter 10 Part 2 and do that part over until you get the achievement. You can Reload Checkpoint at any point all of your kills will count. You start the mission with a grenade launcher. If not doing this part other guns that count are the rocket launcher and M249 SAW. The mounted turret does not count toward the achievement.

Edit: I've been told the that turrets do count now. I would still just do Chapter 10 Part 2 just to be safe though.
