*** Spoiler - click to reveal ***During the last section of the quest, Chasing Echo's - you will encounter the boss, a dragon named Durnehviir. After defeating him, make your way out of the arena and he will be waiting. He admires you for ending his undefeated streak within the Soul Cairn and will give you a Shout to summon him.
You must be in the outdoors within Skyrim (no dungeons or other-worldly dimensions), have the Shout fully upgraded (3 dragon souls needed) and an open space, like the open plains near Whiterun; in order to work. Make sure you face the ground and hold down RB until it is cast. (Although there are reports you can summon him in the Soul Cairn as soon as you get the Shout)
The summoning Shout will take at least 5 minutes to reload, however, by waiting 1 hour and casting again should easily make you achieve this in less than 5 minutes. (Thanks TuomasP)
Everytime you summon the dragon he will grant you the Soul tear shout at first, and the second and third levels afterwards. |

This achievement is really easy and quick to get. Spoilers Below!
After you completed the quest ' Chasing Echo's ' and defeated the dragon Durnehviir he will give you a shout to summon him. To unlock the shout you will need to use dragon souls so go to Magic > Shouts > Summon Durnehviir and press (x) to unlock all 3 words.
Once you've unlocked all 3 words go to an open area (Can't be in a city or dungeon, I did it outside Whiterun) then use the Summon Durnehviir shout. You have to look at the ground when you do it. He will appear in front of you and then you can just wait 3 hours and repeat the process.
The achievement will pop right after you do it the 3rd time. |

This achievement takes less than 5 minutes to get.
Unlock the shout and fully upgrade it.
Back in the main world of Skyrim, summon the dragon in an open area.
Make your character wait one hour, summon, repeat.
Achievement will unlock before the dragon leaves for the third time. |

| this achievement takes a matter of minutes to unlock all you have to do is after completing the chasing echos quest return to skyrim telleport to an open area summon durnehviir and he will give you the first word then simply telleport to another open area and you can summon him again straight away which in turn will give you the second word once this is done simply telleport to another open and summon him once more to get the third part of the word achievement unlocked |
