Story Related and can't be missed.
*SPOILERS*
1. Talk the others if you want, then examine the air conditioner on the top right side.
2. Talk to Lily and then examine the body for a coin. It's in the left side pocket (the body's right pocket)
3.Return to the ac unit and use the coin to remove the screws
4.Pick up the taser on the side of the shower,talk to Kenny, and follow him out, then creep forward.
5. Go left and peek out. Go back and talk to Kenny, then peek out again and QUICKLY grab the gun barrel.
6. Choose his fate and your achievement pops. |

You don't need to search for collectibles or do some kills.
I made a video of the game with decisions i take but you can choose your own.
