There are two good areas to get this.

1. When fighting the Wolf creature. There will be several normal enemies in the fight as well as the Wolf. Simply go into Carnal grab a pillar and start going after the normal enemies. Rinse and repeat until the achievement pops.

2.When protecting the relic there will be a few different waves of enemies and there will be 2 pillars at the top near the relic. When the reach the top go Carnal and grab a pillar and level the whole wave of incoming enemies.

Note: Be VERY careful if doing it at the relic as you don't want to hit the relic with the pillar as you will most surely destroy it, resulting in a game over.
