This is unlocked after completing 50 waves on revolution 1 on any planet (Cerberus Prime, Haven or Ceres 2). As you progress through the waves, they'll become more and more difficult, so except a tougher fight in the 40-50 waves.
Use the gun of your choice, for the last few waves I used the Warbringers (pistols). I also recommend using a balanced armor, with boosters for speed, defense and attack. Also, use med packs, they'll save your life more then once. Access them in-game by pressing the red "I" button in the bottom of your screen.
