As the achievement states, you need to Die 50 times. Yeah, sucks... I recommend you don't bother using bullets or medkits in whichever contractual setting you decide to die -- that's futile. It's also a waste of your precious supply! Just die and get it over with, I'll have this cheevo REAL soon.
