There is part in Monument Square where there are 2 spawning points. Both have propane tanks, and you just have to make sure that each enemy is present. Fire a warning shot first, then hide while letting the enemies come out. After counting and checking their positions, fire at the propane tanks. Just kill the rest (1 or 2 will not be hit by the explosion).
Make sure to prepare lots of medkits so you can heal while counting and checking them out. Also, make sure the mission is where you don't need to kill the goons first before the boss comes out. |
