This is the most time consuming online achievement as it requires you to level up one of the 13 characters from the game to level 30. Similar to BlazBlu each character that you take online has their own level connected to them. This can be boosted in Player Matches but you won't earn as many points. Ranked matches award more points than player matches so if you want to earn this in a timely fashion ranked is you best option. There are a number of factors that affect how much you rank up per match:

* Perfect Match
* Straight Victory
* Perfect Victory
* Instant Kill Finish
* PSR
* Basic Win/Loss Points
* First Attack
* No Bursts
* SP Skill Finish

A good character to attempt this with is Yu because of his good all around game. If you're having trouble winning enough matches to get to level 30 there is a boosting method you can implement with a friend that also works but it will require Turbo Controllers from both players.

Turbo Boosting Method
From the Xbox Dashboard scroll over to Settings > System > Console Settings. Have both players set their Language and Locale to South Africa then start up Persona 4 Arena. From the main menu have the losing player go to Options then Button Settings so that they can re-map the A-button to an unassigned action such as "Record" or "Play". Now head into Network Mode. The winning player will want to select Yukiko for this and Turbo down X and A. This will cause her to repeatedly use her All Out Attack. The losing player will only turbo down A-button that was assigned to a non-attacking action. Search each other under Custom Ranked match with Region Settings set to "Same Region Only". After a while you should match up and Yukiko will spam her AoA until the losing player is dead. This will end matches rather quickly and upon returning back to the online menu the game should automatically match both players up again after a short while. This can be left on overnight if needed. Once one person reaches Level 30 simply have the winning level 30 Yukiko boost back for the achievement. It should go by much faster since the winning player has a level 30 character which results in more points.
