This is probably actually easier than the first co-op mission in my opinion. If you have 2 people have each person take one side and try to hit one of the big aircraft as much as you possibly can before the Strigon team shows up. Once they show up try to shoot them down first and Snake Pit makes it easier by bringing ESM so try to protect him. After you have most of them wiped out focus on the big aircraft again and when the engines open up shoot them down. Save the Aiagon for last and make the engines open up the same way as the other big aircraft. After you shoot down the array of engines, you will have to attack the cockpit and you can only hit that from the back and once you take that down, you have to destroy the core which can only be hit from the front.
