This is an easy 40G and you will most likely already have this by the end of the game.
Though Hell Yeah! isn't a very hard game you will die.. a lot.
I only still needed to kill myself 12 times to get this after I finished the game and spawned back in Hell.
You can get this easily early in the game by letting yourself die by bosses and respawning, they will kill you quick if you give them the chance to do so.
When you finished the game, and spawn/continue back in Hell there are lots of save points, I easily found a save point with an instant death-trap (the spike on the floor trap which goes up and down )only 2 jumps away from it. :)
Doing this quick enough, dying, respawning and dying again within 5 seconds of your last respawn will also net you the Achievement: Quick Rabbit! worh 20G. :)
