| The absolute easiest and quickest way to do this achievement is similar to King Fishiz's solution - go to Mission Select and choose Lady Boyle's Party. However, from the start, head left rather than right. Proceed down the left road and you'll come across a Watch Officer fighting a pack of Weepers. In this area, there's a large bridge-like construction you can Blink up, and then over on to a balcony. Proceed through the rooms and up the stairs (beware of more Weepers) and you'll come out on to the rooftops. Peer over the edge to your right - there's a Tallboy, completely stationary, waiting to be murdered. No lining up a shot, no timing - just jump/ blink and make sure you wait for the proper trigger to appear. I got this achievement in about a minute this way! |
