Introduction: I have gotten this Achievement for about 3.5 years ago, and I now see that there is still no Solution for it present. I did my best to contribute with this decent Solution for the people who require help about getting 100 Charms on the Charms counter of the corresponding level.
Quadrant southwest [012/100]:
[_] You are starting on a barrel
[_] Turn the camera 90° to your right - see the hand lift truck
[_/001] Move to the hand lift truck and collect the 1 Charm on its left wheel
[_] Step on the flat wooden box - align the camera so that the wall is to your left
[_] Head to the end, running alongside this wall
[_] Pass by the crab near seven white boxes
[_/002] Step into the liquid on the ground - collect the 1 Charm before the corridor leads to the right. There is also a chili there
[_] Return to where you are placed when you would start this level
[_] Align the camera so, that the wall is to your tail
[_] Climb the pole, in order to get in front of that man on his sausage stand
[_] Time your shot, and move forwards to behind the next bunch of sausages
[_/003] Jump a bit, to collect the 1 Charm from there
[_] Pass by the crap from there, and step on the last bunch of sausages, which ones are to the right
[_/004] Jump over to the first one at turning cheese - you do collect the 1 Charm while you will land on its top - yellow cheese
[_/005] Jump to the third next turning cheese - you do collect the 1 Charm while you will land on its top - white cheese
[_] Turn back to the first turning cheese once more
[_] Jump onto the scale pan
[_] Look towards the butcher
[_/006] Perform three pole jumps - land on single platform - access the last single pole - you will collect the 1 Charm for doing that
[_] Yet again, head back to the first yellow turning cheese
[_] Use the jump pad underneath there, and get yourself onto the most top wooden box
[_] Fall down from there, and you will be on the top surface of a rack filled with cheese
[_/007] There will be a pole attached to a platform - collect the 1 Charm from where that pole is attached to the rack
[_/008] Climb up that pole in order to get on top of its platform attached - you will collect the 1 Charm for getting onto this
[_/009] Jump around the two still standing fans, with your intention to get yourself onto that shelf where also are hanging sausages decorated - collect the 1 Charm placed in the middle of this
[_] Move close to the wall, and look forwards, so that the wall is to your right. There will hang two salamis in your neath
[_] Advance to the surface below - let yourself fall down
[_] Behind you, will be a crab
[_] Pass by around the six joints of ham while you will be going left around
[_/010] Stand on the wooden box there - see an energy supply glass on your right - but go to the left same surface, and collect the 1 Charm on the stand's edge
[_] Look towards that one energy supply glass - move forwards to the cash point
[_/011] Behind it, will be 1 Charm for you to collect
[_] Approach the ward, past the hiding hole, past another crab, following the way at the end, leading in the left direction, until you will recognize a price label by the many red sausages there
[_] Be ridiculous, and use this price label to get upside - access the newspaper bundles
[_] Do a pole jump action on the hook of the sliding and hanging joint of ham, to advance in the path
[_] Get close to the wall, and look forwards so that this wall will be on the left
[_] Perform a pole jump again, and get foothold onto the next platform there
[_/012] Perform yet another pole jump - you will collect the 1 Charm as you do land on that last platform there. A further pole jump would be irrelevant
[_] Get yourself back on top of the newspaper bundles, and use the catapult on the one wooden chest in the same height
1 Quadrant southeast [030/100]:
[_] You have now entered a separate section of my own definition of separation within this level
[_] A crab will be in front of you
[_] Head forwards which will also be under the fish stands - recognize a few ice pieces, and at the same time, a chili on the right
[_/013] Step into the enlightened ground there, and you will collect the 1 Charm there
[_/014] Proceed walking towards that fish there, and collect the 1 Charm in front of it
[_/015] The path will now lead you to the left, towards a liquid on the ground - collect the 1 Charm before touching that liquid
[_] Cross that liquid using that broom there
[_/016] Advance inside the ice cave trail - at the point of the first junction, you will collect the 1 Charm that is there
[_] Stay left sided while sliding to approach the second junction I define it to be
[_] There, take the right way
[_/017] Once outside, a bit to the right, you shall slide, to instantly claim the 1 Charm there for yourself
[_/018] Slide further around the first barrel, so you will collect the 1 Charm to its right
[_/019] Now do slide the trail up to that one barrel, in order to get to its top, and collect the 1 Charm there
[_/020] Take that trail back down by sliding, and proceed left, so you will instantly collect the 1 Charm that is there
[_] There will be a kind of a junction - go left
[_/021] Slide alongside the many fishes, so you do collect the 1 Charm there
[_/022] Continue forwards to the pawns - on the left at the stand's edge you have to collect the 1 Charm that is there
[_/023] Then you will proceed up the trail alongside some more pawns with your focus on getting yourself on top of the next barrel there, so that you do collect the 1 Charm from there
[_] Adjust the camera aiming so, that you do locate a further barrel below the left mobile fishes up in the air
[_/024] Hop on that one another barrel, and you will collect the 1 Charm there
[_] Now then, let yourself fall down so that you will still land on icy ground
[_/025] Seek out the one cave entrance - access, to instantly collect the 1 Charm there
[_/026] Slide down a bit - there will be a big fish to discover - as you approach it, you do collect the 1 Charm from there
[_] Turn back, and get back out of that cave hole you just entered
[_/028] Step onto the wooden plank. Collect the 1 Charm as you get off that wooden plank - jump onto the left rat destroyer, and get yourself to the many dead crabs - continue forwards, in order to approach the wall side, where is also a price label held onto few dead crabs - collect the 1 Charm beneath the wall and the stand's edge's right side
[_] Now then, you will have to head back to that stand's surface with the four rat destroyer on it
[_] Advance forwards the length of it while that one cave is on your backside
[_/029] Keep that direction - step on the green fishes, continue the way around the corner where scallops are offered - proceed to the faces of the brown fishes, offered there - so, you will then collect the 1 Charm from there
[_] Jump onto one of the two fixations of that one lamp, which lights the advertising sign under the most giant fish for decoration
[_] Ridiculously, then jump slightly even more to the left - you will not collide with the console of that lamp, but the two fixations do have a 90° bent upsides, into the inside of the lamp's console - get onto the top spot of the bent part of these fixations
[_] Once managed this, jump over to the ledge of the white frame from the advertising sign
[_/030] Next, you shall jump onto the first card flipper, following to the next one, and you do instantly collect the 1 Charm that is there
[_] Please revert to the forth defined rat destroyed - it will be that one you do approach first on your way back towards this location
[_] In this area, seek out the shells on the edge of a wooden pallet - recognize a pole jump opportunity
[_/031] Jump while standing in front of those shells, and you will collect the 1 Charm there
[_/032] Clear the path upwards, containing with four pole jump actions by sum, in order to get onto the thick wooden surface, and to claim instantly, the 1 Charm from there
[_/033] Even stay upside there, and advance like am acrobat using the still standing fans. As you are on the second one which comes in order, you will recognize and collect the 1 Charm there
[_/034] Access the middle long wooden plank - there is also a control panel on the wall there - collect the 1 Charm from the surface of that very wooden plank
[_] Locate the catapult at the lower level between fishes and dead crabs
[_/035] Get down there, use that catapult, and land, on the one barrel with a further catapult on it - by doing so, you will collect the 1 Charm there
[_] Slide the camera in the direction, where you just came from - see the area downside to your left - there is a wooden trail to locate, leading back up to the dead crabs
[_] Go down into that area, and get close to the wall side
[_] You see the entrance into a room
[_/037] Access the room. Balance along the first rope, and collect the 2 Charms from there while doing so
[_/038] Jump over to the next foothold, and so you will collect the 1 Charm there
[_/039] Go forwards, and at the end do a jump to the next foothold which is glittery, and there you will collect the 1 Charm there is
[_/040] Balance along this second rope, to collect the 1 Charm from there during this action
[_/041] Finally let yourself fall down to the lowest level of this room, and approach the one bucket at the side where the room's entrance is, and which is where you came from - collect the 1 Charm there is behind this bucket on icy ground
[_] Leave this area, and revert to the corner where the scallops , as well as the green and brown fishes are offered - but, you do this while running in the walkways of the bottom level
[_/042] Step on the ice box standing on the bottom level of that corner of the stands and you will collect 1 Charm there
[_] Aim around until you can locate watermelons to your left, banana boxes in the middle, and further watermelons which ones are located to the right from your adjusted viewpoint
[_] Step on the second half watermelon of the watermelons which ones are located to the right from your viewpoint
Quadrant northeast [016/100]:
[_] Go up the table with the blue tablecloth on it
[_/043] Use the jump pad to get onto the white box there - jump onto the second, smaller one of a white box, then climb the wooden box and you will collect 1 Charm there
[_] While still sitting there, you shall discover the garlic hanging on a metal structure's left - on its right, there is nothing hanging about
[_] Perform a double jump and hold the Left Stick towards this - with a bit of skill, you will be on it after you climb it up
[_] From there, you have to jump onto the red roof of the stand with the same technique you have mastered right before
[_] Position yourself to the middle of it - concentrate and prepare yourself being ready for an advanced technique - aim the camera towards the other stand with a red roof - the one where many garlic is hanging around about. You have to run towards the corner diagonally, and then to perform your biggest jump ever - do a double jump over to the other roof's corner, as if you pretend to climb it up
[_] Control towards the corner, start pressing the Y Button in order to run, release that button as late as possible, but still to be able to jump. Immediately, press and hold the A Button, and just right before you would lose the height, press and hold the A Button again, in order to do the necessary double jump, and you will climb that one roof too
[_] After your final approach, go alongside the left edge to the roof's corner of the left
[_] Recognize a pole jump opportunity an the mast which one has also a cheese symbol plate on that height level to discover
[_!/M] You can choose now to, run and double jump towards it, in order to collect the 1 Charm there either early, or belated if you would have no other option left anymore - numeric tracking is disregarded in this line. Warning: For me, there was once one more Charm left to collect where I have had already completed the corresponding Mission normaly required to reach specific items in this vicinity, but I died upon collecting it in another fashion and it has not counted while it was gone forever (glitched for good)
[_] After death, revert back upside there - it is possible to collect two more Charms by double jumping and targeting towards the Charms in midair
[_!] Attention: The most left one Charm, at the cash machine, unfortunately is out of your the range of good enough reach. If you have already accomplished the specific relative Mission in which one you can get easily to it, and have not claimed that one Charm there, you do have to recollect all the Charms of this level in a new game progress to get to your success. Alright, if this is the fact for you - you shall attempt to collect it anyways by using the advanced technique I have developed - also useful in order to reach afar midair items. May it not become glitched for you in that case. It is worth your remaining chance before you replay the game in order to get to your success once and for all!
[_!] Advice: If you yet have not accomplished that respective Mission like I mentioned before, do not attempt to collect the other two Charms form there - get those later during the corresponding Mission
[_] I Have led you up there, because you require to acknowledge about the possibility of negativity events which can occur to you without prior information gathered
[_!/M] Collect the 2 Charms I was talking about most recently, depending on your situation either now or later in the corresponding Mission, by considering the possibilities and dangers - numeric tracking is disregarded in this line.
[_] When you have made your decision, or you are finished there, please revert to the one wooden box from which one went upwards before, and take a look down to where a rope leads over to a jump pad at the right side
[_/044] Balance over that rope - collect 1 Charm circled around by white tubes
[_/045] Take a few steps forwards, and collect the 1 Charm lying as well on blue cover, of the same part of the stand
[_] Advance past the chili sauce bottles, taking the left route
[_] You are walking alongside many boxes filled with red apples - at the end, jump up a bit to the left as well, and go through the path between the green and white boxes
[_] As the wood of the foothold is visible because the blue cover covers it not totally, you shall step to there - see the single chili sauce bottle with a pole jump opportunity
[_/046] Do a pole jump onto it, in order to claim the 1 Charm there
[_] Jump back where you jumped from - locate one yellow box on top of another yellow box you can not see from there, but three green and white boxes before that one, you can see, which ones are providing you the way up onto there.
[_/047] Go up there, and collect the 1 Charm on that yellow box there
[_] Jump to the surface where you do see the pickles - all in glasses
[_/048] Move to further green and white boxes, and the last electrified wire, and then you will collect the 1 Charm on that platform still
[_/049] Balance along the right wire, in order to collect the 1 Charm there is
[_/050] Next, jump to the first accessible platform - continue to balance now along the left wire, and you will collect the 1 Charm there is
[_/051] Again, jump onto the last platform for now. Proceed by balancing again along the right wire there in order to collect the 1 Charm there is
[_] Discover the separate wire which leads to a trail you can only follow to the right side
[_/052] Balance along that wire, and do collect the 1 Charm there
[_] Immediately turn back, and get back to foothold - let yourself fall down to the place with the chili boxes on both sides - left and right - there where the white tubes are lying around which ones you can also move around
[_/053] Head behind the six ones of the right side from that view - collect the 1 Charm on the blue surface of that tight spot
[_] Revert to the spot you stood before you jumped onto that single chili sauce bottle
[_] Follow the path by passing by further white tubes lying on blue surface
[_] Use the red jump pad in order to get onto the salad stand - advance to the green jump pad which one is located on the right in front of a wooden box full with salad variants
[_/054] Get on top of the right most salad, in order to then perform a successful double jump to claim yourself the 1 Charm from out of midair, you would not miss to discover from there
[_] You now have to sit on the stony ground of the walkways, and look towards a steaming duct cover
[_/055] Now go to the right under the conveyor band, and collect the 1 Charm very near located towards a paper trash and a screw on the ground
[_] Get on top of the first unit of the conveyor band's construction by using the most left jump pad from your current view
[_/056] Step on the right half of the left rail, and collect the 1 Charm by jumping a bit up
[_/057] Get back down, where you just came upwards from. Locate the red jump pad and use it to get onto the last part of the conveyor band - collect the 1 Charm in the middle of this
[_] Head more forwards to the direction where you see a big red umbrella - stop left of the side where you discover another post with a cheese sign on it at a higher level
[_!/M] Warning: You can choose to collect the 1 Charm by aiming for it during a double jump, behind the post early, or belated if you would have no other option left anymore - numeric tracking is disregarded in this line. You are unable to get to the other two Charms there around now - there will be a specific Mission for them to be obtained easily. If you have missed any of those two Charms up there on higher levels during the corresponding Mission, you may need to recollect all Charms in this level on a new game progress.
V Now please get back to the location where the most watermelons are
[_] Step onto the high spot of the watermelons cased in a wooden fence in middle of the place
[_/058] Adjust your camera so, that you do locate the shelf with cheese in it, to your left - see the duct cover on the walkway next to it - move to there - you will notice the bread stand there - beneath two wooden boxes stacked, and two baskets filled with white bread, you shall collect the 1 Charm there is

Facts:
Three Charms are completely missable hence some Missions can not be replayed. Some Charms in action specific Missions are absolutely unmissable to be collected.
One Charm of this level can become glitched relatively to the Charms counters when collected upon imminent death while dying due to falling down in the split second of item registering for it normally gets collected. Respective Achievements are unlocked when a Charms counter is at its maximum only.
Ensure to get it done right:
Follow my walkthrough by keeping track of the lines you are progressing and checkmark each line once you have done in your game progress what I needed you to do. Surely it is extreme, but this procedure may be worth your while in the end, even if you are using my walkthrough only to find any Charms you are missing on this level's specific Charms counter.
It is not recommended early to collect Charms normally intended to collect during action Missions other then those I am tracking numerically in the three quadrants sections of my walkthrough. Because therefore is no necessity, and it complicates the tracking progress for you.
