After you have performed a song you will get the option to "Share Photos". You select one and it will then ask you if want to share on Facebook. You enter your Facebook details and then allow the game to be able to post to your wall. Once the photo uploads, this achievement will pop.

Note that if you want to unlink your Facebook account you have to go to your Account Settings on Facebook. You can remove Dance Central 3 by looking under Apps.
