This is very easy. Start up party mode just before midnight, and then just dance. At the end of the first song that ends after midnight game time, this achievement will pop. I started up party mode at 11:58 PM and it popped after two songs.

You can basically do this just before any hour of the day and still timestamp as online, if you adjust your time zone by the right number of hours to hit midnight in another time zone.
