I went into the corner of a No Skate Zone, and none of the security seemed to be chasing me and left the game on while I went to college, Achieving both this achievment and the milestone for being in a no skating zone for an extended period of time. If you can't find a No Skate Zone you can just leave the character sitting anywhere.
