During Mission 12: Bump in the Night, you come to a section where you are asked to chase "Sal Al Din". Just follow him and take out an of the enemies you encounter. You will go through some halls, and upon seeing a door to you left, you will be able to open it and pick up the grenades at the end of the room. For this achievement, it may be best to view the video:
