Easiest way I found to get the achievement is this:

Create a Custom Game -> Ranked Deathmatch and Public Spaces set to 1.

Select the level you are going for the achievement on and set the time to 1:00. Have your boosting partner join or wait for someone to join the match and the game will be over in a mere 60 Seconds. Repeat 10 times on the same level and the achievement will be yours. Should take max 15-20 minutes becuase the loading times are stupidly long.
