4 1 2Actions Report Solution If you are looking for a good challenage, take the 60 min quick drill and get power train achievement and this one in one session. not to mention a good workout.Showing both comments. These two are definitely meant to be done together. I got it near the end of my first month program, and I just finished the 60 minute quick session and earned well over 1000 NikeFuel. It should be noted that I am not in particularly good shape, and I struggled to keep up with a 60 minute cardio session medium difficulty. And even then, with all the struggling to keep up, I still ended up with over 1000 NikeFuel. 1 0 0Actions Report Solution A good way to kill two birds with one stone is to do a Quick Start Session, Cardio, Hard, 30 minutes. Should get you about 300+ calories and 700 or so Fuel. Will get you the "Jump In" and "Break a Sweat".
