I actually managed to earn this achievement during my regular scheduled training session. It was a cardio session though I imagine it will still work on a strength session too.

If you are eager to earn the achievement without it popping naturally, go to the challenges from the menu and pick the dodgeball challenge. (Bear in mind this will not work if you have already set a PB on this challenge already)
When doing the challenge for the first time, make sure you hit every ball that you are supposed to dodge, and dodge all the soccer balls that you are meant to kick. Then, retry the challenge only this time actually try and dodge the dodgeballs, and kick the soccer balls. FYI, the soccer balls usually go down the left side followed by the right side which will help for the Just For Kicks achievement if you dont have that either. At the end of your second go, the achievement should pop because technically youve beaten your PB even though your first attempt wasnt anything to be proud of.

Obviously, this guide will work for the other challenges too (purposefully dismal first attempt, good second attempt) but I found the dodgeball to be one of the easier challenges
