Here's an old RoosterTeeth video showing you how to string each of the scenes. He overcomplicates the route in a few places, but for the most part it's a good guide.
It's helpful to think of the final scene as a central part of the game: not only is the car one of the harder ones to control, but it's (as far as I can recall) the longest scene in the game. There are 30 more levels after this "movie", but if you can get all five stars here, you've probably got what it takes to five star the entire game. Good luck, and if anyone actually needs help, I'll try to give my own advice.
